How do I know what size ring to order?
Finding a perfect fit is easy with Støberi. Start by ordering your free sizing kit here. Your ring sizing kit will typically arrive at your door in 4-7 business days. Even if you’ve been sized before, we’d recommend ordering one of our kits or asking a local jeweler to measure your ring finger.
I have very small/large hands, what size rings do you sell?
All of our rings are available in half size increments from size 6.5 – 12. If you are a rare exception that needs a size beyond this generous range, contact us for options and we’ll custom build a ring for you.
How long does it take to receive my ring?
We realize not everyone will plan months in advance. We’re able to process and ship some rings or accessories within 2-3 days of receiving your order. However, many of our rings are made on demand just for you. These rings will take an additional 2-3 weeks to be handcrafted. Check out each product page for the production time - and if you need something fast, let us know, and we'll see what we can do.
What shipping options are available?
In the United States, we offer free USPS First Class shipping with every order. We also offer a variety of UPS shipping upgrades.

Absolutely. We currently ship to most countries. We may need to call you before processing your order to confirm a few details regarding your size and shipping preferences, but we’ll generally work with customers from all corners of the globe.
I work with my hands for my job, what’s the most durable ring I can buy?
Whether you’re a SEAL or a landscape architect, most of our rings will work for you, with little to no need for refinishing. In particular, any of our titanium and cobalt rings will scratch far less than more traditional gold and platinum rings. Titanium will scratch a little less than Cobalt, but Cobalt has a feel similar to platinum; both metals are extremely durable. For the person that is active and works with their hands, we would recommend against any ring that includes bent wood. Wood is porous, and even with the protectant coatings we apply, it can still warp when exposed to moisture.
I’m still not sure what type of ring to purchase, what are the pros and cons of each material?
We source rings from materials that last a lifetime. Titanium and cobalt offer durability, light weight and will age and wear well with time. Our precious metal rings made from gold, white gold and platinum tend to be a bit softer, but offer a timeless and classic aesthetic. Our bent wood and carbon fiber rings are all exceptionally lightweight, unique and one-of-a-kind, but these rings will need to be removed when showering or washing the dishes as water inevitably will damage wood. Do you offer engraving?
We do offer engraving for a standard $60 fee, but advise that you confirm the fit prior to engraving, as we are unable to accept returns of engraved items. Most local jewelers will also offer options for engraving. If you do choose to have your ring engraved with Støberi, we will send out a test ring to confirm your sizing, prior to proceeding with engraving. I purchased a Støberi ring, but I need a different size. Can I exchange the ring?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any products within 30 days of delivery, in new condition, and without any custom engraving. Please start your request here, or if you have additional questions, check out our return and exchange policy here.
I lost my ring, can you help at all?
Accidents happen, when we say it’s a commitment for life, we mean it. If your ring is lost, stolen, or severely damaged, let us know. We'll offer you a replacement ring at cost, no questions asked.
