International Customer Information

We’re so glad you’ve chosen Stoberi to be a part of your special day – it’s truly an honor, and we prioritize getting you a perfect fitting, quality-crafted ring with plenty of time for your big day. With that in mind, we know that sending products internationally can tend to incur a number of delays or surprises as far as timing goes. We hope to alleviate some of those surprises here and set you up for success.

Please note the production time listed on the product pages. Our rings take anywhere from 2 days for our ready to ship rings to 4-5 weeks if you’re ordering a custom ring. The shipping option that you choose does not affect the production time of the ring.  So, if you choose expedited shipping for a ring that takes 3 weeks to craft, the shipping will be rushed, not the build of the ring. If you need a rushed order, please email us at support@stoberi.com.

Sizing. When you purchase a ring, we will send out a test ring sizing kit prior to sending your ring. Exchanges tend to be a long and pricey option when considering country borders, so this will help ensure that your size is correct before we send the final product. If you have any changes to your size upon receiving the kit, please send us an email with your updated size. 

Now that those details are out of the way, let’s look at shipping options.

  • Economy International Shipping: (7-10 business days) - $24.50
  • Express International Shipping: (1-2 business days) - $80.00

Please note there may be VAT or duty fees in addition to what we take care of. Any additional customs fees that come up will be the responsibility of the customer. If you would like more details on what costs may be charged, we would suggest contacting your country’s customs department prior to your order.

Exchanges

We know how important it is to make sure you have the right fit for your wedding ring, and we hold that as a top priority…so let’s get it right! This first one didn’t quite work? No worries, you can start an exchange request here. A few things to note:

  • Rings must be in new, unworn condition
  • The first exchange is at no cost to you – each additional exchange will incur a $25 fee.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs to the following address:

  • Exchanges will be processed once we receive tracking information for your original ring, and shipped out once we receive the original ring to our facility 

Returns

We also know there’s that slight chance that things just…didn’t work out. If that’s the case and you’re wanting to return your ring, know that we’re sad to see you go. Please let us know if there’s something on our end we can do – a custom piece, recommending a different material, etc. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be taken out of the refund. But hey, it happens, so you can start your request here. A few things to note for returns:

  • Custom or engraved rings cannot be returned
  • Must be within 30 days of delivery date
  • Ring must be in new condition. If there is wear and tear observed upon inspection, a refurbishing fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds will process within 3-5 business days of the receival of the ring

Custom Rings

Engraved rings and all other custom rings are not able to be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to utilize the test ring kit that we send out prior to your custom build, and please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have when identifying your size.
