Shipping and Returns
You’ve picked out your ring…you’re on a deadline…what on earth do you do for shipping?! We’ve been there, and we hope to break it down a bit for you, so you know exactly what to expect when it comes to domestic shipping times. If you’re not a US customer, click here for all things international.
Please note the production time listed on the product pages. Our rings take anywhere from 2 days for our ready to ship rings to 4-5 weeks if you’re ordering a custom ring. The shipping option that you choose does not affect the production time of the ring. So, if you choose overnight shipping for a ring that takes 3 weeks to craft, the shipping will be rushed, not the build of the ring. If you need a rushed order, please email us at email@example.com.
Now that we have that straight, let’s break it down.
- USPS First Class (5-7 business days): Free
- UPS Ground (2-3 business days): $15.00
- UPS 2-day Air (2 business days): $24.50
- UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): $49.00
UPS does not consider Saturdays and Sundays as business days, nor are national holidays. We’ve made that mistake before too, so we’ll save you the trouble of learning the hard way. Please consider that when choosing a shipping option.
We know how important it is to make sure you have the right fit for your wedding ring, and we hold that as a top priority…so let’s get it right! This first one didn’t quite work? No worries, you can start an exchange request here. It’s super easy. And free!
All non-custom, non-precious metal rings can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Rings will be inspected upon arrival back to Stoberi and must be in new, unworn condition. Exchanges will be processed once the original ring is received and a new one will be sent within 2 weeks.
Custom rings and precious metal rings will incur a 20% restocking fee.
We also know there’s that slight chance that things just…didn’t work out. If that’s the case and you’re wanting to return your ring, know that we’re sad to see you go. Please let us know if there’s something on our end we can do – a custom piece, recommending a different material, etc. But hey, it happens, so you can start your request here. A few things to note for returns:
- Engraved rings cannot be returned
- Custom rings and precious metal rings will incur a 30% restocking fee
- Must be within 30 days of delivery date
- Ring must be in new condition. If there is wear and tear observed upon inspection, a refurbishing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will process within 3-5 business days of the receival of the ring
What are custom rings, you may ask? Any product with "custom" in the product title, or "Custom Built" in the description are considered custom. These rings are made on demand to your specific requests...truly for you. These are the rings, that we'll still take back, but with a restocking fee.
If you designed a ring with us - one that is not a standard product on our site - or engraved your ring, these are not able to be returned or exchanged at all. We encourage you to utilize the test ring kit that is sent out prior to your custom build, and please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have when identifying your size.
But when it comes down to it, we know sh** happens sometimes. If you have a situation that is outside of these parameters, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll see what we can do. We can’t promise to fix it, but we can promise to try…or at least be a shoulder to cry on!
