For select products, we will ship out a "test ring kit" so you can verify your fit, prior to moving ahead with your custom fabrication. Test ring kits are also provided for engraved items.
All of our rings include free shipping via USPS First Class Service, with tracking information emailed when processed. Keep in mind that transit times can vary between 2-5 days. If faster service is required, please consider selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout.

We are happy to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within the first 30 days for most of our titanium, tungsten, and tantalum rings. Precious metal rings and rings in our Custom Collection will incur a restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.

Our Commitment: During the first month of ownership, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for any rings still in new condition. Custom orders will incur a 30% fee on any returns and 20% on any exchanges, unless the ring fabrication and/or material demonstrates a failure. Should the quality prove compromised at any point during ownership, a replacement will be provided at no charge. This offer does not include general wear and tear or other signs of general use.
if you simply need a different size years down the road, we offer replacement rings at cost, which tends to be about 40 - 45% off the retail price, depending on the ring. Please inquire on specifics for your ring.
