We can, at times, accommodate requests for expedited service so please reach out if you have specific needs around a wedding date or travel schedule.

For select products, we will ship out a "test ring kit" so you can verify your fit, prior to moving ahead with your custom fabrication. Test ring kits are also provided for engraved items.

All of our rings include free shipping via USPS First Class Service, with tracking information emailed when processed. Keep in mind that transit times can vary between 2-5 days. If faster service is required, please consider selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout.

Each Driftless ring is crafted to order in Minnesota and made specifically to your specifications. Please review the production timeline noted on each product page prior to placing your order.

We offer free standard shipping via USPS with tracking. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Driftless Collection rings are built for everyday wear and designed to age naturally over time. Variations in finish and signs of wear are expected and not considered defects.

If your ring demonstrates any issue with craftsmanship or material integrity, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

For future sizing needs, we offer replacement rings at cost (typically 40–45% below retail). Please reach out for details specific to your ring.
