All of our rings include free shipping via USPS First Class Service, with tracking information emailed when processed. Keep in mind that
transit times can vary between 2-5 days and from 3-14 days for orders outside the USA. If faster service is required, please consider selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout.
Our Commitment: During the first month of ownership, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for any rings still in new condition. No questions asked.
We also stand by our products long after that initial 30-day window. Should any of our rings prove defective in material or construction, we always offer a replacement free of charge. This does not cover common wear and tear, as all rings will, eventually, bear the marks of a life well lived.
If your ring is ever lost or stolen… or if you simply need a different size years down the road, we offer
replacement rings at cost, which tends to be about 40 - 45% off the retail price, depending on the ring.

During the first month of ownership, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for any rings still in new condition. We also make the process super easy, by providing you with a pre-paid return label so all you need to do is drop the original package in your mailbox. No cost. No fuss.
Note: Custom engraving costs are non-refundable.
