Bentwood rings benefit from extra wear considerations. While we apply a water-resistant coating, we still suggest removing your ring when your hand will be exposed to moisture (i.e. washing dishes, exercising, showering, etc.) or the ring may warp.
It is important to avoid contact with harsh chemicals or solvents, as they may erode the surface of the wood interior.
It is important to note that your wood interior may fade or dull over time. This is true of virtually all materials, in fact. Just be certain it bears the marks of a life well-lived.

If you would ever like to replace your original wood-interior ring for a newly-minted one, we offer returning customers second rings at cost. which tends to be about 40 - 45% off the retail price, depending on the specific style and material.

Our Commitment: During the first month of ownership, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on custom bands - at no cost - provided customer verified size with Stoberi sizing kit.
Otherwise, each returned or exchanged ring may be subject to a $40 restock fee.
We also stand by our products long after that initial 30-day window. Should the wood in your ring change in texture or appearance over the years, we will offer a replacement ring at cost, which tends to be 40-45% off standard pricing.
